Assignments may include industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, welding, HVAC support, facilities maintenance, equipment repair, manufacturing support, and related technical work. What You May Do

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, equipment, or facility-related issues

Repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain machinery, components, fixtures, tools, and building systems

Read work orders, manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions when applicable

Use hand tools, power tools, meters, test equipment, and job-specific equipment safely

Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, equipment status, and parts used
-
Follow lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment requirements, and site safety policies

Communicate equipment issues, follow-up needs, and safety concerns clearly
What We Are Looking For
-
Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, welding, HVAC, facilities maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or another related skilled trade

Strong troubleshooting ability and a safety-first approach to equipment or facility work

Experience using trade-specific tools, hand tools, power tools, meters, or test equipment as applicable

Ability to read work orders, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, or technical instructions when required

Relevant licenses, certifications, trade-school training, apprenticeship experience, or safety credentials may be required for certain opportunities

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the specific assignment

Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, professional communication, and a strong work ethic
Job Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Contract, and Direct-Hire Opportunities
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, overtime, and on-call opportunities may be available depending on assignment.
Pay: Competitive and based on assignment requirements, trade specialty, experience, certifications, shift, skills, and location.
Location: Multiple client locations throughout the United States.
