Fill out the My Catalyst intake form with your resume and a brief note about where you are in
your career and what you're looking for. This isn't a job application — it's the start of a working
relationship, and the more context you give us, the more useful the conversation will be.
Step 2
We Reach Out By The Next Business Day
If your background aligns with what we're working on — or what we expect to be working on —
a recruiter will contact you directly to learn more. We'll tell you what we're seeing on the
employer side and where you might fit.
Step 3
We Keep You Posted
Even if there's no immediate match, your profile stays active in our pipeline. We don't reach out
unless we have something relevant — but when we do, it'll be worth your time.
