Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
