Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welding techniques, tools, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding methods, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, stick, or other welding techniques as required.
• Inspect materials and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with fabricators and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS certification) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• Industrial or manufacturing facility setting.
• Exposure to high heat, welding fumes, and industrial noise.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
