Assignments may include manufacturing, assembly, packaging, production support, machine tending, quality inspection, labeling, and light-industrial work. Exact work location, schedule, pay, duties, and qualifications vary by client need.
What You May Do

Assemble products, components, kits, or materials according to work instructions and quality standards

Operate basic production equipment or tend machines after training

Inspect materials and finished goods for accuracy, damage, defects, and quality

Package, label, sort, and prepare products for storage or shipment

Follow production schedules, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements

Maintain an organized workstation and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns promptly
What We Are Looking For

Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, production, machine-operation, or quality-inspection experience is preferred but may not be required for every assignment

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a production environment

Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the specific assignment

Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic

Hand-tool, power-tool, machine-tending, production-documentation, and quality-control experience may be helpful for certain opportunities
Job Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire Opportunities
Schedule: Full-time, part-time, first-shift, second-shift, weekend, and overtime opportunities may be available depending on assignment.
Pay: Competitive and based on assignment requirements, shift, experience, skills, and location.
Location: Multiple client locations throughout the United States.
